Around Hillside, the forest climbs the mountain, the stream runs past the village, and a small loch waits in the valley. Every path is an invitation, especially when the Wild Haggis is nearby.
Hillside is a small Scottish village of around thirty cottages, with a post office, bakery, bookshop and grocery store. Everyone knows everyone, and the woods feel close enough to whisper.
